Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, believes that the working group set up by Viktor Yanukovych, President of Ukraine, to enhance electoral legislation will include the People´s Deputies.
V.Lytvyn stated, "I suppose that the resolution to enlarge the working group by the People´s Deputies will be adopted at the statutory meeting, as the specialized Committee and the People´s Deputies willing to join this working group submitted their requests."
The Head of the Parliament considers it normal that the working group holds its first meeting that day. The Head of State has the right to bring forward the bill in question. "It is the efficient work that matters," V.Lytvyn summed up.
